At Bold & Glow, we believe in keeping our customers informed at every step of their shopping journey. That’s why we provide a simple and transparent order tracking system, ensuring you always know where your package is.


1. How to Track Your Order

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with:
    • Your Tracking ID / Air Waybill (AWB) number
    • A direct tracking link
  • You can track your shipment in real time through:
    • The tracking link shared with you.
    • The Order Tracking section on our website (where you can enter your Order ID or AWB number).
    • The Shiprocket tracking portal, as we use Shiprocket’s trusted logistics network.


2. Order Status Updates

Your tracking details will show the live status of your order, such as:

  • Order Confirmed – We have received your order.
  • Order Packed – Your products are packed and ready for dispatch.
  • Shipped/Dispatched – The courier partner has picked up your package.
  • In Transit – Your order is on its way.
  • Out for Delivery – Your package is with the delivery executive and will reach you shortly.
  • Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered.
  • Return to Origin (RTO) – If the order could not be delivered (due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal), it will be returned to us.


3. Non-Delivery Issues

If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please check with neighbors, security personnel, or reception (if applicable).
  • If you still cannot locate your order, contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of the delivery update so we can investigate with our logistics partner.


4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
  • Remote or rural locations may take longer (7–10 business days).
  • You will be notified of any unexpected delays.
