However, as skincare and cosmetic items are sensitive in nature, we follow a strict No Return Policy except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect deliveries.

1. General Return Policy

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, Aker Fassi and all cosmetic products are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product you received is:
    • Damaged during transit
    • Defective in manufacturing
    • Incorrect (different from what was ordered)
  • Change-of-mind, dislike of fragrance/color/texture, or personal preferences do not qualify for return or refund.


2. Mandatory Proof Requirement (Unboxing Video)

  • To process a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must provide a clear unboxing videoof the package.
  • The unboxing video must:
    • Start before the package is opened.
    • Clearly show the shipping label, sealed package, and product inside.
    • Show the damage or defect without interruption.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be entertained.


3. Reporting Timeline

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.


4. Replacement & Refund Conditions

  • Once your claim is verified, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.
  • In case of replacement, we will ship the same product at no extra cost.
  • In case of refund:
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
  • If the product is out of stock, only a refund will be issued.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Free samples, promotional items, or gifts.
  • Products purchased during special sales, discounts, or promotional offers (unless defective or damaged during delivery).


6. Shipping & Handling of Returns

  • Customers do not need to ship the product back unless specifically requested by our support team.
  • If return shipping is required, details will be provided by Bold & Glow, and the cost will be borne by us if the claim is valid.
