5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Due to the sensitive nature of skincare and cosmetics, all products are non-returnable once delivered.

    • Defective in manufacturing

    • Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

6. Non-Returnable Products & Hygiene Clause

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as Aker Fassi are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
