At Bold & Glow, we ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. We have partnered with Shiprocket, one of India’s leading logistics aggregators, to provide seamless, reliable, and fast delivery across the country.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking can be done directly through the Shiprocket tracking portal or via the link shared with you.


2. Shipping Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Locations: 7–10 business days
    (Delivery timelines are subject to your pin code serviceability as per Shiprocket’s courier partners.)


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India (or you can define a minimum order value for free shipping).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes with an additional charge of ₹XX.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on serviceability of your pin code through Shiprocket’s network.
  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in restrictions on future COD orders.


5. Service Coverage

  • We ship to over 26,000+ pin codes in India through Shiprocket’s trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and more).
  • You can check serviceability during checkout.


6. Undelivered Packages

  • If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful (due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept), the package will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


7. Delays & Exceptions

  • While most orders are delivered within the mentioned timeline, delays may occur due to:
    • Bad weather conditions
    • Courier operational issues
    • Strikes, festivals, or government restrictions
  • Our support team will help track your order and keep you updated in case of delays.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India. We are working to expand our services globally in the near future.
